What Could Have Been

My husband was a huge tennis star in high school. He had a chance to play in college but injured his wrist. I know he always thinks about what could have been. This year for his birthday I talked to a friend of mine who is a travel agent. She said she has several tennis tours in my price range. The one is a chance to go see the U.S open. I know how much he has always wanted to see that. I went ahead and purchased two package tickets. I can’t wait to see the look on his face when he gets his gift.

Finding the Right Cell Phone for Me

I have never had a cell phone before, but I am not starting to realize the importance of having one.  Sometimes I wonder what I would do if my car broke down in the middle of nowhere, and I didn’t have a cell phone to call anyone for help.  I really needed a cell phone.  When I went down to a store that sold cell phones and plans, they showed me a bunch of cool cell phones.  I really liked the Palm Cell Phones, though, and I decided to get one.  It is really cool, and I can’t wait to show my friends my new phone.

The Show is Sold Out

About a week ago, I got an email from my brother in law.  It said that he and my sister were going to be driving up to the city to see my wife and I play.  They have not spent much time at any Music venues in the past, so I told them that if they need anything, they can just ask me.  My wife was very excited that they were going to be coming to see us.  The show is already sold out, so I am hoping that they got their tickets before they called us to let us know.

Princess Cut Diamonds

This year is a really exciting year for me. In January I started a new job, in March I bought a new house, and now I’m thinking about getting engaged. My girlfriend and I have been dating for about 2 years now, so I think we’re ready to take the next step. I know that she really likes Princess Cut Engagement Rings, so I’ve been trying to do my research. I’ve been learning about the 4 c’s of diamonds. The cut was easy to narrow down, but I’m having trouble figuring out what type of clarity I should be looking to get. Hopefully I can figure that out really soon.

Trying to Lose Weight Sensibly

I realized that if I was going to lose weight and keep it off I was going to have to be sensible about it. I didn’t gain the weight overnight, I wasn’t going to lose it overnight. Before I even started to try to lose the weight I decided to keep a food diary for a week. I wrote down everything that I ate and drank daily, and I was careful to not change my habits. At the end of the week I was shocked at what was in the diary. I had no idea that I had been eating that much.

Considering what I want from life insurance

How do I know how much life insurance I need? I’ve thought about that a lot and I finally figured that at first I would have to determine what I would want my life insurance to pay, like funeral expences and so on. Afterwards I had to take into account what I would be able to afford, since even cheap life insurance quotes will be based on my age, health and so on. I decided for a coverage of 10.000$ worth of insurance. I don’t think I will need more than that. It’s best to get life insurance quotes as early as possible and to compare them online to make sure to get the best deal possible.

Living the High Life

I can’t believe my parents let me go all the way to Russia on a mission’s trip.  I have never left the United Kingdom and then when I asked about the trip, after much prayer, they let me go.  I was so excited and my parents did everything they could to get me ready for the trip.  My parents knew I would need spending money, so they found a bank that dealt in foreign exchange.  I was able to take my pounds and have them transferred into rubles.  I couldn’t believe how different the exchange rate was.  I felt like a rich man with all the money I now had.
