If you feel like something is missing from your home gym, then you probably need to get some more equipment in there. You can always buy the more expensive pieces of equipment such as treadmills, but there are also smaller things you can put in your home gym like a floor mat for doing stretches before you get started with your work out session. Stretching is an absolutely essential aspect to working out, and the last thing you will want to do is pull a muscle during or after your work out, so you will want a good durable and comfortable gym floor mat to sit down on while you are doing those stretches.
