During the good old days when there were hardly any machines and electronic gadgets people used to work manually. They rarely complained about any physical problems .People in those days were more active as they used to move around and kept themselves fit. With the change in lifestyle and working conditions one is usually heard of some or the other problem. Back2life is one of the common problem one comes across these days. Poor posture (sitting, standing, or lying down) makes the back more vulnerable to injuries and back pain. Other factors contributing to backpain include not exercising, wrong exercises, fatigue ,etc. So to manage and prevent back-pain one should find the causes and then make alternative changes in the lifestyle and postures. Right way of exercising after consulting a doctor or physiotherapist will also be a great help.
