Hiding your man boobs is a brilliant idea!

Losing man boobs usually takes a long time to achieve and sometimes you don’t get the desired results after doing different methods. So while you’re still working hard to lose man boobs, you can already go out and meet friends and people without the risk of experiencing discomfort because of your long term man boobs problem. How?

If you can’t lose them yet, hide them for the time being. That’s a brilliant idea. You can wear multiple shirts or tight under shirts that compress your chest and make them appear flat. Wearing tight under shirts won’t make your nipples stick out, reducing the feeling of awkwardness.
