Realtor Suggests Rentiing Home

I am a local Realtor and it is a tough market to be selling a home in. Some of my clients really need to move for whatever reason of their own and their homes are not selling in this economy. I told them one option they have is owner home rental. If they rent their home, they can be on their way and complete their move. This way someone else will be making their payments until the housing market picks back up and then they can try to sell their home again. This sounds like a reasonable idea to them to help out.
