Feel Inspired With Peruvian Cuisine
September 3rd, 2010 by admin
My sister and I have decided to learn a new skill, cooking. As our current project, we’ve decided to learn different cuisines from around the world to try in our very own test kitchen. We’ve tried Japanese, French, Italian and several others. It’s been fun, even though there are times that we find it hard to understand what we have come up with. Cooking appears to be more difficult that I thought it was. I wish it was as easy as boiling an egg, but mind you even creating a perfectly boiled egg has guidelines. But still, there are some dishes that we’d rather leave to the experts. Dishes so meticulously prepared like pachamanca from Peru, is worth being enjoyed over and over again. Trying it for the first time was very interesting because of the way it was traditionally prepared, using an earthen oven.I feel inspired to learn how to cook even more when I taste amazing cuisines like Peruvian cooking.
